Our Midday Performance Conditioning session is built for busy professionals who want results without spending hours in the gym.

Held from 12:00PM – 1:00PM, 6:00PM - 7:00 PM this focused, coached training hour combines strength development, conditioning, and mobility work to help you move better and perform at a higher level.

Private Training offers one-on-one sessions with a Lead Trainer, focusing solely on your specific fitness goals, needs, and abilities. This type of training provides a highly customized experience, with our trainer developing a program tailored to you, monitoring your form closely, and making real-time adjustments to optimize results and prevent injuries. Private training is ideal for individuals seeking UNDIVIDED attention, whether they have unique fitness goals, require rehabilitation or modifications, or simply prefer a fully individualized approach to achieve faster, more focused results. Some training techniques can only be executed in a one-on-one setting.

SEMI- PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Semi-private personal training combines the personalized approach of one-on-one sessions with the social and motivational benefits of group workouts. Typically, a small group of around 2-4 people works with a trainer, allowing for more individualized attention than a large class while still sharing the cost with others. This setup is great for people with similar fitness goals or friends who want to work out together. We believe It can create a supportive atmosphere that keeps you motivated while allowing our coaches to tailor exercises to your personal needs and fitness level.

SEMI- PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING is perfect for those who:

  • Have inconsistency in their schedule

  • Have trouble arriving at a scheduled time

  • Want to workout multiple days a week
